When we were established: Farm Credit Services of America is part of the Farm Credit System, a $248-billion nationwide network of lending institutions, chartered in 1917.
How we operate: The Association operates on a cooperative basis. Farm Credit Services of America is owned by more than 50,000 stockholders/customers and is governed by a 17-member board of directors. The customer-owners of the Association elect 14 directors — three directors are appointed by the board.
Where we get funds: Unlike commercial banks, Farm Credit institutions do not take deposits. Instead, money is raised by selling system-wide bonds on Wall Street. The proceeds are then channeled through Farm Credit banks and Associations with agricultural producers and cooperatives. Because of the market acceptance and attractiveness of Farm Credit securities and the volume of funds raised, Farm Credit Services of America can offer competitive interest rates and unlimited amounts of capital to the agricultural sector.

Fox Theater
The Fox Theater is a three-screen all-digital theater located in Broken Bow, NE. All three auditoriums have been renovated into luxury theaters with high-backed rockers on stadium risers. The main auditorium (screen 1) has a seating capacity of approximately 120 and is wheelchair accessible. The upstairs auditorium (screen 2) has a seating capacity of 92. Our newest auditorium allows us to keep movies longer and provide a greater selection of movies to our patrons.
This theater is also handicap accessible and seats 41. All auditoriums feature the latest technology with Barco digital projectors and Dolby Digital surround sound. The main auditorium projector was one of the first Dolby Digital 3D capable projectors in the state of Nebraska that offer the highest quality Digital 3D.
All auditoriums have alternative content servers allowing us to show any type of digital media - from DVDs, Blu-Rays, Gaming Systems, HDTV, Powerpoint Presentations, etc. All auditoriums have additional overhead lighting installed which makes the theater multi-purpose - a great venue for your next business meeting, fundraiser, birthday party, etc.
