If you have completed high school or achieved qualifying scores on the GED, HiSET, or TASC, and have taken college courses post-high school that are transferable to UNG, you may be eligible to apply as a transfer student. This pathway is also open to individuals who have not yet earned a bachelor's degree or are seeking a second bachelor's degree. Transfer applicants with fewer than 30 transferable credit hours, and who graduated from high school within the last five years, must meet both the new freshman and transfer admissions requirements. Those who graduated more than five years ago may apply as non-traditional adult students. Explore the application process, which includes submitting official transcripts, SAT/ACT scores if required, and verification of lawful presence for in-state tuition consideration. Stay informed about application deadlines and ensure all supporting documents are submitted timely. UNG offers resources such as transfer credit evaluations, orientation sessions, and dedicated transfer coaches to support your transition.
