Tattoo and/or Piercing Establishment- Cost: $250.00 per year (Effective Date: 11-5-19)
Artist- Cost: $100.00 per year (Effective Date: 11-5-19)
Guest Artist- Cost: $25.00 for every 30 days (Effective Date: 11-5-19)
Late Fees- Cost: $20.00 per day (Effective Date: 11-5-19)
