Qualifications
We can operate at our client’s facility or provide physical space to take custody of materials. Our services range from warehousing-distribution, lay down yard, inventory control, bill of material (BOM), PO fulfillment, procurement support, excess material program, kitting (construction, line contractors, components, location, etc.), reporting (analytics, KPI, tracking, delta, material readiness/recovery, client specific-custom) and logistics services.
We provide and manage material packages that cater to the unique requirements of our clients. We construct packages/kits based on the engineering specifications, bill of materials, and technical specifications of our clients.
Our facilities are equipped with material handling equipment, safety procedures, QA/QC and designed to handle large transmission material, substation packages, and meters depending on the scope of work.
Our material management system tracks inventory at the unit level, then by using a multicomponent numbering scheme, it can aggregate data to provide accurate detailed information to clients, manufactures, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the supply chain process. It can tell you what materials were consumed in any value-added services (package, kit, etc.), where the material is currently (in the warehouse, in transit to a job or installed), and report on the chain of custody from the time we took possession. In addition, it can provide aging data on inventory and inform clients of materials that can be repurposed for use on other projects before new materials are procured.
