Returns:

We accept returns on unwashed, unworn, and still attached tags items within 10 days of receipt of item.

Returns are only eligible for store credit!

Daily Deal items are final!

Sale Items, Door-busters, Seasonal Items, and Accessories are NOT returnable. They are Final Sale.

Shipping Charges are the customers' responsibility!

All exchanges and any Items that are purchased with a store credit are FINAL SALE!!

There may be additional delays due to weather and UPS/USPS exceptions that are beyond our control.

Lost Packages- If your packages are stolen or lost, Lou Belle's will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This could take up to 2 weeks.

After the investigation is completed, if your items is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace the item. If it is not available, we will issue a refund. However, if the shipping carrier determines that they were delivered to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address that was entered by the customer. If we receive the package that has been shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address, there is no guarantee that you will receive your package. Please check to make sure that all of your shipping info is correct prior to placing your order.
