- Family Court Advocacy
Each year, the Family Court Advocacy program provides services to over 1,000 victims at Mercer County Family Court. Survivors of domestic violence are guided through the restraining order process at Mercer County Family Court with the assistance of Court Advocates. Call 609.571.4200 Ext. 74437 for information. Survivors may also call 609.394.2532 for additional restraining order preparation resources. - Municipal Court
Municipal Court Volunteer Advocates are available to victims at the Trenton and Hamilton Municipal Courts to assist victims in domestic violence criminal case proceedings. At the invitation of the Trenton and the Hamilton Municipal Courts, volunteer advocates will assist victims who pursue criminal matters that arise from domestic violence situations. Advocates provide information regarding a victim’s rights and options, and conduct safety planning.
