County. Since our inception, we have diligently provided essential home repair and rehabilitation services, contributing to the longevity of affordable homeownership. Now, with the introduction of our Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) program, NHS takes a strategic approach to address the evolving needs of homeowners by facilitating the creation of affordable housing options, fostering the generation of wealth through rental income, and actively participating in the cultivation of healthy, vibrant neighborhoods.
