Children typically engage in 45-minute sessions with either a speech-language pathologist (SLP) or a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS), accompanied by a family member. These sessions, known as Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) Therapy, focus on the continuous and dedicated effort required to cultivate efficient thinking and communication skills in children with varying degrees of hearing loss. Specially trained professionals persistently coach families and support children throughout their preschool and elementary school journey.
