Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity's Neighborhood Revitalization program is a community-driven initiative that engages residents and local stakeholders to improve their neighborhoods. Through collaboration with government agencies, non-profits, and schools, the program addresses resident-identified needs in five key areas: resident engagement, community upkeep, traffic and safety improvements, youth engagement, and parks/gardens. By working together, the program aims to create vibrant and inclusive communities where all residents can thrive.
