The College of Southern Nevada (Downtown Henderson) offers comprehensive learning support through its Centers for Academic Success (CAS). To accommodate all students, our tutoring centers are open seven days a week: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
At CAS, we provide DROP-IN academic assistance to students enrolled in for-credit courses. Our services encompass a range of support options including learning strategies, usage of Canvas, access to Brainfuse online tutoring, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We also offer help in reading, writing, oral presentations, math, and science. Additionally, CAS tutors support study groups and offer help preparing for placement tests in reading, writing, and math.
