Homeward Bound

Homeward Bound provides supportive housing, case management, and essential services to homeless individuals and families in Decatur/Macon County. As the centralized intake for the Macon County Continuum of Care, it collaborates with local agencies and is funded by HUD, IDHS, and other sources. Services include intensive case management, referrals, and housing assistance, including transitional and permanent supportive housing.
