Location: Alabama & Southeast Region

Job Description: We are looking for experienced Fiber Splicers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in fiber splicing and testing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role involves working in various locations across Alabama and the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fiber splicing and testing in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Conduct fiber optic testing using OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all splicing and testing activities meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fiber splicing and testing.
• Proficiency with fiber optic testing equipment such as OTDR and power meters.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic network design and splicing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Southeast region.
